Purpose-built to bring 3.715" AICS-pattern magazine compatibility to the Tikka platform without modifying the action or feed ramps.
DESCRIPTION
Our innovative, patented Tikka nEXTgen Long Action AICS Bottom Metal is designed as a drop-in replacement bottom metal / trigger guard for factory T3/T3x stocks and custom aftermarket stocks with the T3/T3x inlet (requires minimal modification of the interior of factory stock).
FITMENT & COMPATIBILITY
The RedSnake nEXTgen Long Action AICS Bottom Metal is designed for Tikka T3 / T3x rifles and shares the external footprint of the factory T3x bottom metal.
Compatible with factory T3x stocks and aftermarket stocks utilizing the factory T3x inlet. Minor modification to the interior magazine-well area of factory stocks may be required for proper fitment.
Select McMillan and Manners Composite Stocks are available with a dedicated RedSnake bottom metal inlet for true drop-in installation.
No modification to the action, trigger housing, or feed ramps is required.

HUNTER VS. TACTICAL
Hunter — Low-profile configuration with a recessed magazine release lever integrated into the trigger guard for secure magazine retention and clean hunting-rifle ergonomics.
Tactical — Features an exposed, paddle-style magazine release lever for faster, more accessible magazine changes.
Both configurations share the same magazine compatibility, fitment, construction, and core RedSnake geometry.
EXTENDED OAL
The RedSnake nEXTgen Long Action AICS Bottom Metal supports cartridge overall lengths up to 3.50" OAL, providing additional loading flexibility for modern high-BC projectiles.
Extended OAL capability is achieved without modification to the Tikka action or feed ramps. Maximum usable OAL may vary by magazine and cartridge configuration.
