The McMillan Mountain Tracker rifle stock was designed with the modern-day hunter in mind.  Its flat bottomed fore-end provides superior stability as well as featuring a low profile picatinny rail to lower your rifles center of gravity when shooting off of a bipod.

The Mountain Tracker rifle stock also utilizes a 3” ARCA rail located at its balance point for ease of use with a tripod.  Its vertical grip, ambidextrous thumb shelves and negative comb provide an ergonomic interface with your rifle.

The Tikka D18 is a factory barrel contour used on many Tikka T3x models, including the Roughtech, Veil, Ember, and several newer hunting rifles. The "D18" designation refers to the barrel's 18 mm (approximately 0.71") muzzle diameter, making it heavier than the standard T3x Lite barrel while remaining lighter than the CTR or varmint contours.

D18 Profile: Features a notably thicker barrel shank immediately ahead of the receiver collar. It maintains its heavy mass for a longer distance before tapering down, measuring roughly 1.14" to 1.15" at the base. This is why other aftermarket stocks made for standard T3x rifles require sanding/inletting to clear a D18 barrel.

D16 Profile: Features Tikka’s traditional, slighter "Lite" shank profile. It quickly steps or tapers down to a slimmer profile immediately after leaving the action, typically measuring closer to 1.12" to 1.13" right at the shoulder.

The McMillan Mountain Tracker with the RedSnake inlet is configured with a barrel channel that accommodates the Tikka D18 barrel profile. Tikka rifles with a D16 Profile will also fit the Redsnake x McMillan Mountain Tracker with a slight gap (~1mm per side) between the barrel and the stock.

The RedSnake × McMillan Mountain Tracker is constructed of forged carbon fiber with McMillans EDGE ultra-light internal fill material.
