The RedSnake nEXTgen Long Action AICS Bottom Metal is a precision-machined bottom metal system designed specifically for Tikka T3 and T3x long action rifles. 

Utilizing the 3.715" Long Action AICS magazines, our patented design allow for an extended Overall Cartridge Length of 3.50" to feed in Tikka T3 / T3x rifles with no modification of your rifle's action or feed ramp — providing additional loading flexibility for modern long-action cartridges and high-BC projectiles.

Choose between two magazine release configurations:

• Hunter — Low-profile configuration with a recessed magazine release lever integrated into the trigger guard for secure retention and a clean, streamlined profile.
• Tactical — Exposed, paddle-style magazine release lever for faster, more accessible magazine changes.

Both configurations share the same RedSnake long-action geometry and are compatible with 3.715" AICS-pattern long action magazines, including the RedSnake Low Profile Long Action magazines.

Stock Compatibility

The RedSnake nEXTgen Long Action AICS Bottom Metal shares the same external footprint as factory Tikka T3x bottom metal.

McMillan Stocks and Manners Composite Stocks offer select stock models with a dedicated RedSnake bottom metal inlet for drop-in installation. The dedicated RedSnake inlet is also compatible with factory T3x bottom metal.

Factory T3x stocks and some aftermarket stocks may require minor internal modification in the magazine well area to accommodate AICS magazine dimensions.

Extended OAL Capability

The RedSnake nEXTgen Long Action AICS System is designed to remove the magazine-length limitations traditionally associated with the Tikka platform.

With support for cartridge overall lengths up to 3.50", shooters and handloaders can take greater advantage of modern projectile designs while maintaining reliable feeding through an AICS-pattern detachable magazine system.
